Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Books I Read in 2013

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, which features (you guessed it!) top ten lists on a given topic each week. This week’s topic is Top Ten Best Books I Read in 2013. So, fair warning, I’m just going to cheat on this one and list my FIVE star reads for the year. Ari&Dante! A Monster Calls! The Fifth Wave! <333 And I'm currently reading Fangirl (enjoying it so far). Great list! 🙂

  2. Great list. You’ve got some really amazing books on your list – This Song Will Save Your Life made my list too. I really need to read some Rainbow Rowell this year, have heard nothing but good things about all of her books. Nice picks! Happy New Year 🙂 My TTT.

  3. Cheater!!! Haha. You know I love see Gayle Forman and Marissa Meyer on your list! Fangirl… Gah, I wish I had connected with Cath more because that would have been such a favorite for me. Can’t wait to read This Song Will Save Your Life! (You know… FINALLY. Shame on me!)

  4. Yay for Cinder and Scarlet! There was a lot of buzz for The 5th Wave a while back and it’s died down so much I have to remind myself that I own the book and need to read it! Glad to know you loved it so much!

Fangirl and Scarlet are on my list as well! Before I Fall is also among my favorites, but not from this year as I read it a year ago. I’m glad you love it too! Smart Girls Get What Want was also such a great read for me, because I liked the characters a lot. I still haven’t read This Song Will Save Your Life yet, but I will definitely do that next year as so many people have loved it and it sounds like something I’d enjoy.

Oh, I can’t wait to read Attachments! Since I’ve loved both of Rainbow Rowell’s YA books and haven’t read an adult book in awhile, I’m really looking forward to it.
