The Sunday Wrap-Up{38}

Posted December 8, 2013 by Stormy in Books / 0 Comments

As you’re reading this, I am on a plane! Or a shuttle. Hopefully my plane has already landed. Winter storm means I’m leaving on a late flight, so hopefully by the time you read this I’ve BOARDED a plane. That’s all I’m asking for at this point. I’m traveling for work, so the blog will be quiet this week. I have post scheduled to go up, but I won’t be around at all and I won’t be doing anything if a post doesn’t go live when it’s supposed to(and I will *NOT* freak out about it, even though that would be my first reaction). Anyway, wish me great travel reads.

Monday I reviewed Freaks as part of the blog tour.
On Tuesday I shared TEN 2014 releases I’m eagerly anticipating.
Wednesday I reviewed one of my favorite books I’ve read this year–All Our Yesterdays by Cristin Terrill.
Thursday I gave some thoughts on spoilers.
And Friday I posted a DNF round-up!

Paper Towns by John Green
Ready Player One by Ernest Cline(audiobook)
The Murder Complex by Lindsay Cummings

I wasn’t going to buy books, but then Hastings was having a sale where all used books were $2.99, so. . . I got books. These books, to be precise:

The Demon’s Covenant by Sarah Rees Brennan
Freshman Year & Other Unnatural Disasters by Meredith Zeitlin
The Probability of Miracles by Wendy Wunder
The Dark is Rising series by Susan Cooper omnibus
Slated by Terri Terry
That WAS going to be all. . . but then HarperCollins uploaded review copies on Edelweiss. So I downloaded the following books for review(and for plane & travel reads!):
The Murder Complex by Lindsay Cummings
(Don’t You) Forget About Me by Kate Karyus Quin
After the End by Amy Plum
Vivian Divine is Dead by Lauren Sabel
The Last Best Kiss
by Claire LaZebnik
